You will be greeted when you pull up to a picture-perfect cabin with dormers and covered porch. When you enter the home, you will come straight into the mud room. In the main living that has a light and bright color scheme with a full wall rock gas fireplace. There is easy access to the large deck off of the main living. While the kids are at the ski slopes you can relax and sip on your coffee with a great view of the golf course. The upstairs offers 3 amazing bedrooms & bath with vaulted ceilings. We absolutely love this retreat, and we know you will love the new updates the owner has added to this home! (Pictures to follow soon)

Check in starts at 4 PM at our office located in the Village!

* ID’s will be requested upon check-in.
As a family-oriented company, you must be 24 years or older to book this home!
Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes, and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. (5 min)

Other things to note

* Max occupancy -7 people, 7 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

* Parking Details:
Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does not have garage access) *220-volt outlet in garage. Cord not included

*Quiet hours (10pm-7am).
*No speakers or sound systems allowed.
*No parties or events allowed at any given time.
* Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
* Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.

* Pets must be pre-approved in advance. (Not all of our homes are pet friendly)
All pets are subject to an additional fee of $125 per pet IF the home is pet friendly and has been approved.
* If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations’ approval:
There is a fine of $500 per pet.

* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.
